Welcome to Tallybook. By accessing or using our website at tallybooksports.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you may only use the free features of the Service. A paid subscription requires you to be at least 18 years old.

2. What Tallybook Is

Tallybook is a sports community platform for entertainment purposes only. We provide:

• Game signal summaries and analysis based on publicly available sports data
• Pick'em tracking so you can log and review your own predictions
• Community features including groups, leaderboards, and social picks

Nothing on this Service constitutes financial, gambling, or wagering advice. Tallybook does not facilitate real-money wagering of any kind. Our signals and grades are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not guarantee any outcome.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use it to impersonate another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Premium Subscription

Tallybook offers an optional Premium subscription at $5.99/month. By subscribing:

• New subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Service without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Post content that is abusive, harassing, or fraudulent
• Use the Service to facilitate real-money gambling or wagering

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on Tallybook is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Sports statistics and data are sourced from publicly available feeds and remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any sports data or signal displayed on the Service. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information provided by Tallybook.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tallybook and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
