When you use Tallybook, we may collect:

• Account information — your email address, username, hometown, bio, and any profile details you choose to add
• Pick'em data — the sports predictions you log through the app
• Usage data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited
• Billing information — if you subscribe to Premium, Stripe collects your payment details. We only receive a customer ID and subscription status — we never see your full card number

We do not collect location data, sell advertising, or build behavioral profiles.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To manage your account and subscription
• To display your picks and community activity
• To send you essential account communications (e.g. password reset, billing receipts)
• To troubleshoot technical issues

We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in. We do not sell your data to third parties.
