Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Tallybook collects, how we use it, and what choices you have. We keep this short and plain-language on purpose.
1. What We Collect
When you use Tallybook, we may collect:
- Account information — your email address, username, hometown, bio, and any profile details you choose to add
- Pick'em data — the sports predictions you log through the app
- Usage data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited
- Billing information — if you subscribe to Premium, Stripe collects your payment details. We only receive a customer ID and subscription status — we never see your full card number
We do not collect location data, sell advertising, or build behavioral profiles.

- To manage your account and subscription
- To display your picks and community activity

We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use the following third-party providers to run Tallybook:
Each provider has their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them if you have questions about how they handle data.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.
